			<description>&lt;p&gt;I took a pic of 57lbs lost and posted it.&amp;nbsp; It's now my profile pic!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Feeling good about things, still unemployed but i'm looking...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've revised my goal, 150lbs - is only 38lbs away!!! I can almost taste it!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thanks to all of you who have been here to help encourage me when I felt discouraged, and have helped guide me along when I felt lost and confused!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;JEM - you have been a BIG help in this past - almost 2 yrs!!!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Progress, in a way...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So, I'm down to 190 now!&amp;nbsp; YAY!&amp;nbsp; 15 more to go to reach my Valentines Day goal of 175.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I got a call back today on a resume I sent out on Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unemployment will give me about $331 a week so I'll be okay until I get into a job.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The conversation I was dreading happened Wednesday Night, and lasted almost 4 hours.&amp;nbsp; It was as bad as I anticipated.&amp;nbsp; *sigh* Bob's just worried he'll lose his job too, so he was stressing over that, me and my debt and his mother's surgery which actually went well yesterday. He apologized and things are ok now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've been staying as close to home as I can to avoid using up too much gas or spending more than I should.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I mailed off all the christmas presents yesterday so that is done.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm just so psyched that I have lost these 5lbs in the past couple of weeks.&amp;nbsp; I honestly haven't gotten on the scale since before Thanksgiving. LOL&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I've just joined the ranks...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;... As of this morning, I'm newly unemployed. WHich means I have to call my gym and try to cancel my membership there.&amp;nbsp; I hope they'll let me out without any cancellation fees.&amp;nbsp; I know once I get back on my feet financially, I'll be okay and can go back.&amp;nbsp; but until then, I need to cut back all my extra stuff...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'll still be counting calories and working out as much as I can at home.&amp;nbsp; I'm currently on hold with the Unemployment office, trying to file my claim for benefits...&amp;nbsp; THat should help out while I try to find a new job... I may just collect unemployment thru the winter and start looking in the summer.&amp;nbsp; but I doubt that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm more worried about paying my bills, I've been living beyond my means and most of my credit cards are maxed.. I am NOT looking forward to this conversation with my husband.&amp;nbsp; He is not aware that my Master Card upped my limit to $2500 and that It's close to maxed..&amp;nbsp; But I&quot;m glad I got to do my cruise...&amp;nbsp; I know I'll probably get that thrown in my face when we have our financial discussion.&amp;nbsp; But, *sigh* what can I do...&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/cjeka/244765.html</comments>

			<title>That eliptical had my number last night!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So I get to the gym, first time back since before my vacation, and spent 20 min. catching up with my friend who's the manager.&amp;nbsp; It's good to be friends with the gym manager.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I got on the eliptical to do my cardio workout and had planned on doing some weights afterward. But that eliptical kicked my butt all the way to kingdom come and back!!!&amp;nbsp; I was exhausted. So I went and did a 6 min session in the tanning bed (trying to keep from going back to &quot;glow-in-the-dark-white&quot; as my mom refers to it. LOL) and then got dressed and came home.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I ate TOO much last night.&amp;nbsp; I knew it. I burned 2300 yesterday and ate 2255 yesterday. I had a 45 cal deficit. WTF.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well, yesterday was also my farewell to McDonalds foods until next year.&amp;nbsp; I have a chicken pot pie thing in the freezer for lunch today, and an apple for a snack.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well, I guess it's time to get some work done. :) Good thing the boss decided to go hunting at the last minute. :)&amp;nbsp; I'm slacking! LMAO!!!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Time to get my butt in gear!!!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I've procrastinated returning to the gym the past two weeks.&amp;nbsp; Today is IT!&amp;nbsp; I'm going to the gym today as I have set my next goal of 20lbs loss (see 175lbs) by 2/14/09.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm at 195 now....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My plan is to limit to 1500cals/day and to burn at least 250 cals in exercise a day for 6 days a week and resting on Sunday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had a good time but now it's time to get back on the wagon and buckle down and get serious!&amp;nbsp; It's crunch time - no pun intended! LOL&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway - I was talking with my husband the other day.&amp;nbsp; He told me that if I do reach my 175 by this next Vday - he'll treat me to a spree at Fredricks of Hollywood or Victoria Secret. YAYAYAYAYAYA!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well.&amp;nbsp; That's my thoughs for today and my motivational thoughts for the next 3 months.&amp;nbsp; My goal is 7lbs loss per month minimum. I think I can do that. :)&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Scrapbooking is fun...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I started working on a scrapbook of my recent vacation.&amp;nbsp; I've got about 8 pages done and a few more prepped and ready for pics to post in.&amp;nbsp; I'm having fun with this so far.&amp;nbsp; Any anxieties I had about how to do this flew out the window when I first sat down to do some playing.&amp;nbsp; Now, I look forward to my scrapbooking time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm down a few pounds today.&amp;nbsp; Must've been water retention.&amp;nbsp; TTOTM is finally over so that may have had something to do with it. Fully clothed, jewelry and shoes and all, I was at 199 today here at the work scale (includes full bladder - TMI I know...)&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Okay - Back on the bandwagon</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm back.&amp;nbsp; I've been back home from my cruise for about 1 week now - got back on 11/2 - late at night...&amp;nbsp; I managed to maintain through the cruise - no kidding.&amp;nbsp; But have gained 5lbs since being home.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I ate wonderful things like lobster, tiramisu, molten chocolate cake, Escargot and french toast.&amp;nbsp; But since we were walking everywhere, I burned most everything off.&amp;nbsp; In fact, I think I spent most of my time on the boat drunk because it helped me walk better when the boat was rocking side to side.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The joke on the boat was that you could tell who was sober and who was drunk.&amp;nbsp; The sober people were stumbling about while the drunk people were walking fine!&amp;nbsp; I guess it's that &quot;at sea&quot; thing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Leaving tomorrow</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today is my PRE-VACA day.&amp;nbsp; I will be driving to Oklahoma tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; It'll take me 14-15 hours, but it'll be worth it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm so excited that I can't focus today! LOL&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I won't be able to sleep tonight and I'll probably be totally exhausted tomorrow.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fortunately, even though it's a long drive, there really isn't that much to the drive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'll be checking in once in a while.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;5 days left until I leave for my vacation.&amp;nbsp; I'm currently sitting here, counting down the 20 min to let this color stay in my hair before I can wash it out and go get a trim.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TOmorrow I'm going to get an oil change, new battery and four new tires as well as I have to ask them to clean out my K&amp;amp;N air filter. THat should improve my mileage for this trip.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did the rest of my packing last night. So All I have to do Wednesday night is put my makeup box in my beauty bag, and load the car.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Still standing at 195-ish (give or take a pound.) I'm planning on visiting the gym today after getting my hair done just long enough to work up a sweat and have a bit of a tanning session.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'll be checking in occasionally over the next few days.&lt;/p&gt;
