			<title>Day 2 back on the wagon. </title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ate about 1400 calories today.&amp;nbsp; Logged activity of about 120 minutes of walking - I was running all over goddess's creation today.&amp;nbsp; I took my dog Rex to the dog park for half an hour, of which I was standing the entire time, or walking over to where he'd left a &quot;leaving&quot; or to fetch his ball because &quot;fetch&quot; still isn't in his routine. Then at 12:30 I went to get my grandma and take her to some dr's appointments, and we went to the Book Barn to try to sell some of my grandma's books (she's got a BUNCH of books she's collected over the years.&amp;nbsp; Out of 3 big cloth, reuseable grocery bags, we only sold like 10 books (had probably 40) and got a whole $6.50 cash.&amp;nbsp; It's better than nothing!!!&amp;nbsp; But walking around with Nana and into and out of dr's apointments, I figured all the walking I'd done today added up to 120 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Its good to be so close to her.&amp;nbsp; I really have missed her.&amp;nbsp; Yes, she has changed, she's not the same Nana I remember pre-stroke but she's coming back slowly.&amp;nbsp; I'm concerned there may be early signs of Alzheimer's but i'm not sure.&amp;nbsp; I'm sure her doctors would say something if that were so.&amp;nbsp; I may have to pull one of them aside, then again, it may just be from her stroke.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I picked up the newer version of Pride and Prejudice from the library today (she needed to make some copies so I was standing there anyway) and I'm gonna plug that into my little laptop and give that an honest, undivided, undisturbed viewing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It appears as I have burned just over 2500 cals today, including the walking, and eaten 1400 cals, that's 1100 cal deficit.&amp;nbsp; (guess I can have a cookie!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fellin good, but I forgot to take my vities today. (taking Super B Complex, One a day Women's, Prenatal and my papaya enzymes) but oh well. :/&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/cjeka/360366.html</comments>

			<title>*SIGH* Gotta get back on the wagon...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I fell off and far.&amp;nbsp; Back at 225.&amp;nbsp; Back here where I should have been checking in anyway.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A lot has happened since April.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) I left my husband and came to Connecticut&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2)my husband agreed to attend anger management and to move us here to connecticut in order to reconcile with me&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Due to stress I've managed to gain back 40 of the 60lbs I've worked so hard to lose.&amp;nbsp; When I got here in April I was hovering between 190 and 200. Now as of yesterday I'm at 225lbs. :(&amp;nbsp; I'm so disappointed in myself.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I'm going to get on the cc bandwagon.&amp;nbsp; We're looking into Planet Fitness here in Waterford.&amp;nbsp; Hope to sign up.&amp;nbsp; and after finally seeing the movie Super Size Me, thanks to Hulu.com.&amp;nbsp; I will NEVER eat McDonalds again!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/cjeka/359929.html</comments>

			<title>Battling the Plateau...</title>

			<description>...and my urge to snack!
&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Yes, I'm stuck on my 3rd plateau in this journey of mine.  
This time, I'm hovering around 210lbs.  
I've found that my plateaus are mostly caused by my mindless snacking at night.  I do great during the day, but once I get home the nibble-monster takes over.  Weekends are even worse!!!
I still haven't figured out a way to keep myself from destroying all the hard work I've done in the past year.  Needless to say, I will NOT be meeting my goal of breaking 200 by June 1st - not unless I can lose 10lbs in 2 days. Since I know that is not a realistic idea, I know that I'll just have to jump back on the bandwagon asap and try very hard to stick with it!

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Okay, I finally found a store close to work (close-ish) that sells Sushi, but I didn't realize how much SODIUM is in Wasabi!&amp;nbsp; it's a good thing I didn't eat much - just enought to barely cover the tip of a sewing needle!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;a serving of wasabi has close to 900mg sodium!!!!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But I will say that my california rolls, with soy sauce, were very scrumptious!&amp;nbsp; I also love the sushi ginger! :)))&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Update - I've been plateaued at 210 all month, I did see 207 earlier this month but that was very brief!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've jumped back on the gym bandwagon, today I'll be taking off, but I've gone the past three days in a row.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>My butt hurts!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Okay, for some reason, the idea to buy roller blades and start blading again (after 12 years!!!) popped into my head last week.&amp;nbsp; So I ordered some roller blades from Kmart online, they showed up yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here's how this went down...&amp;nbsp; I got home, changed from my capris to some old jeans, put the dog in his harness and leash, then I sat on my back stoop to put my skates on.&amp;nbsp; Then I tried to get up in a graceful manner....&amp;nbsp; That' didn't happen.&amp;nbsp; Before I had even gotten up on these damn things, I landed on my knees.&amp;nbsp; I have nosey neighbors so I just laugh it off and get back up.&amp;nbsp; Meanwhile, I'm thinking, Thank GOD my husband isn't here to see this, If he were I'd never live it down.&amp;nbsp; So I'm getting my bearings, so to speak, and the dog starts trying to attack my wheels!!! it was tooo funny!!!!&amp;nbsp; So we go around the block and as we're coming up to our last turn, to get back to the house, Rex decides he needs to eliminate...&amp;nbsp; This, i'm sure, was quite a site, me... on skates...&amp;nbsp; with the dog pulling on me, trying to pick up the pooh and keep my balance at the same time...&amp;nbsp; Damn near did a face plant into the pooh! ROFLMAO!&amp;nbsp; So I get home and get inside partly mortified that i did so poorly my first go-round.&amp;nbsp; Then I decide to go back out.&amp;nbsp; I let the dog out off leash, he's good off leash.&amp;nbsp; and I just went up and down the sidewalk a bit trying to get back into it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So now today, my but and thighs are very angry with me.&amp;nbsp; I stand up and my muscles yell for me to sit down... I sit down and my muscles yell for me to stand up...&amp;nbsp; I just can't wiN! But I'm NOT going to quit!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think perhaps my skates are too big...&amp;nbsp; I may try to exchange them, but I think I'll try wearing extra socks first...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So then, after the skating incidents..&amp;nbsp; I decided to get to some gardening I had been procrastinating on...&amp;nbsp; I needed to pull up the peony's that we have and plant my honeysuckle...&amp;nbsp; The peony's are nice, but whoever planted them, put them right on the corner of the house where the kitchen is. (we've only lived here just over 2 years now) so the ants that are drawn to this plant end up in the house looking for&amp;nbsp;food after the blooms open.. They were just starting to get tall and I just thought i would take advantage of the nice weather yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Now...&amp;nbsp; I don't have a shovel, so here I am for 45 min. fighting with this big clump of roots with a damn spade!!!&amp;nbsp; Finally I got fed up and borrowed a shovel from my neighbor.&amp;nbsp; So I spent an hour and a half doing that and I am sure that some of my sore muscles are from that too...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, just thought I would share - my butt hurts. LOL&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well, nothing new to report.&amp;nbsp; I did, for a fraction of a moment see the scales on Saturday Morning at 208, but after my workout, it was back at 210 so 210 is my new low.&amp;nbsp; after gaining 2lbs over the weekend, I'm back at 210 today.&amp;nbsp; My official weigh in will happen at the gym this evening.&amp;nbsp; Then I'll have to do a nice little hike when I get home as the dog will need some outside time.&amp;nbsp; I live 2 blocks from a nice trail, and I think we'll have to visit said trail tonight. :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway - that's the status quo! 			<description>&lt;p&gt;I really wasn't up to going to the gym last night, but I went anyway.&amp;nbsp; And the longer I stayed on that treadmill, the less I wanted to be there.&amp;nbsp; All ambitions were gone...&amp;nbsp; But as of right now, I'm glad I went.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm now at 210, I have 11lbs to go in order to reach my June 1 goal of seeing 199lbs!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now, if I can do well with today's lunch..&amp;nbsp; the office is grilling out.&amp;nbsp; Not sure whats on the menu, but I will do my best with portion control and will.&amp;nbsp; considering i'm sitting in my 16W's right now! YAY!!! :)&lt;/p&gt;
