			<description>&lt;p&gt;So it is the same rules:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;eat 0-5&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;don't eat after 8pm&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;don't drink for the first week ans then only one drink&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;eat protein for breakfast, bring lunch and 2 snacks. Eat a lite dinner&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Hate
     the feeling of my belly between my legs.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Love
     the energy from moving and walking&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Love
     the feeling of lightness&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Remember
     the feeling when I had the heart problem of horrendous guilt and remorse
     that I hadn&amp;rsquo;t taken care of myself and lost weight&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Role
     model to kids and students&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;It
     is the hardest thing I have never accomplished to be in control of my
     weight and body&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I
     have done so many hard things and this is the one I have felt consistently
     like a failure about&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Want
     to live to see grandchildren both Molly&amp;rsquo;s and Peters&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

     like to look and feel sexier&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I
     have always tried to be low maintenance and this has translated into no
     maintenance and not taking care of myself. I deserve the time it takes
     each day to take care of myself by exercise and planning and eating well&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Things I know about dieting:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I
     can be motivated for about 10 days than I get bored.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;It
     works for me to eat a snack at 10&amp;nbsp; and at 3&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I
     need a good breakfast and lunch and can eat a light dinner&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I
     get hungry after 9:30 at night and have to be careful then&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I
     used to be able to eat from 0-5, but now I think I mostly eat 5-10&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;If
     I don&amp;rsquo;t eat something, I will feel sad but for a very short time really&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;According
     to Mayo I eat about 2100 to maintain my weight&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I
     will need to eat around 1600 to loose weight. I think if I go too low,
     like 1200 I&amp;rsquo;ll feel anxious.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
