			<description>&lt;p&gt;These days, the scale is always going down!&amp;nbsp; That is the motivation I have needed.&amp;nbsp; Just actually getting somewhere.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am not having trouble resisting food because I actually know that dieting can work.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately, it is coming off my belly, so people are noticing right away!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>getting the hang of it</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm getting the hang of this!&amp;nbsp; My food intake is going down!&amp;nbsp; And that is getting easier.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>on my way, finally</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;It looks like I am actually starting to lose again.&amp;nbsp; I dropped 6, then plateaued and now I seem to be dropping again!&amp;nbsp; Yeah.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 more pounds and the first level of my weight loss goal is achieved.&amp;nbsp; Then 10 more of a bad relationship.&amp;nbsp; Then reassess and probably try to take off 10 more pounds of my early 40's.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My birthday is Nov. 6th.&amp;nbsp; 4 weeks...&amp;nbsp; I can hit the first goal.&amp;nbsp; I wonder if I can do a pound or two of the second goal...&lt;/p&gt;
