Entry First Day of Lifestyle Change

I have always been a little unhappy with my weight ever since I was a junior in high school. I am typically an active person but I have a very big sweet tooth, so weight gain comes easily to me. I want to change my eating habits for a healthy lifestyle not just for now, but for further down the road! I don't want to have to worry about heart problems when I'm 45, I want to still lead a active and healthy lifestyle. I think anything in excess is a bad thing, and lately I've been overindulging in the sweet things in life. I'm determined to change my ways. I've been seeing slight changes but then I will relapse for a few days. So it has been a fine line of being very healthy and then overly indulgent. I think this account will help me make the change for the better!
