Entry Happy Hour Diet
Nov 12 2009 07:46

I spent a lot of time redesigning my menu plan in this new format.  Based on what I've eaten for dinner the night before, it helps me choose food throughout the day, ending in the afternoon with happy hour.  If I've been careful, there will be enough calories left for a cocktail or at least a snack like nuts or popcorn.  Just something to take the edge off at the end of the day until time for dinner.  Does it really matter if we begin counting calories with breakfast or is it just as sensible to pick any 24 hour period that fits our schedule?  So that is the beginning of this journey.  My problem is being able to continue for an extended period of time.  I am a yo yo dieter, for sure.  The plan that 21 days can create a new habit does not seem to work for me.
