Well I finally made it below 160. It's 159.8 BUT hey it's below 160! CC is now classifying me as moderately over weight......
Been doing okay food wise. Making better decisions about what I'm eating and more importantly WHY I'm eating.
Now I'm struggling with getting back to exercising. My "coach" that I picked is just not working out. I'm going to have to find someone else who can take this weightloss journey with me or just do it by myself!
Good for you. And getting someone who is one board for your journey, is a great idea, some one to guide you. Take care and I am reading the book "The Beck Diet Plan" thanks for sharing it with us in your journal. It is interesting. I read Life is Hard, Food is Easy by Linda Spangle. That also contributed to my 54 pound loss. I am planning on digging it out again and reading it. God Bless. |
