Entry I cheated...
Nov 04 2009 11:08

1) Last night my hubby & I opened and finished a bag of mini cheese flavored rice cakes. Even so, neither of us went over our calories...but that is a bad habbit that we need to let go. But today is a new day.

2) I weighed myself again...Sunday, Monday & today. Well this week I have lost 2 lbs. However...I know that obsessivly weighing myself will eventually lead to dissappointment since weight fluctuates so much. Now...I might be dissappointed when Hubby and I weigh on Sat am. Bad. I will have nothing to celebrate. He was upset that I cheated...I feel bad now. We even moved the scale out of the bathroom and put it in a drawer. I have to do better than that. Maybe I should immidiatly drink water when I wake up...I wont want to weigh myself then.

Anyway - I'm feeling very depressed. I'm not selling any bags or jewelry. I have been working on my website(s) since September...and it is just an ongoing learning process. Always updating, changing, needing improvments, people don't seem to really understand it, meaning not very user friendly...Ugh. I know that I need to overhaul it. But I DONT WANT TO. It is so time consuming, Myspace...invite friends....that takes an hour and I dread it everyday! Then my website is posted all over my myspace and people STILL leave me comments/messages..how much is this??? UGH! Can you say visit website???? Where you can pay online....OMGee. I don't want to solicit people on myspace, I'm pretty sure that is against rules/regs...I don't send them messages or anything like that. I just invite them as a friend. It has increased the traffic to my site, but not as much as I was hoping.  So I know that I have to change it asap....Im dreading it. It took me so long to get it where it is today and now I have to change it all over. But it has only been 3 months, I didn't expect success over night and I'm not giving up.

Mmmkay....off to work.
