Entry I cant believe I gained weight!!!!!!!!

I used to weight 125, but now 130. I gained this weight in a couple of weeks. Its cause I am always sooo hungry. i dont know what I should do. All the weight gained is only on my stomach though, which is still bad. I used to have a small waist until I gained 5 pounds. I am thinking about seeing a doctor that my doctor can help me lose 20 pounds so my bmi can be 20%, since it is 22.3% now. I am 5'4" 130 pounds now, I hope to lose the weight I gained and start all over.

The best way to reshape your body is to do weight lifting. Try it out for 2 - 3 weeks and see if you're not impressed with the results.  If you want to reduce belly fat, make sure you are eating enough WHOLE GRAINS in your diet.

Whole grains and protein both keep you feeling full longer and can really help you out with your hunger.

If you want to lose 20 pounds the best way is to eliminate carbs completely and eat only proteins.Hold you're calorie intake at atleast 1200 per day. Exercise atleast 30 min a day(3 days min) By doing this your body burns only fat instead of carbs.Your tummy weight is all fat. After achieving your goal,add green vegies and salad up to about 1700 calories to maiintain.
