Entry I feel a little better about my self...

Even though I gained 5 pounds, I lose 2, so im happy about that. I still need to lose 3 pounds to be how much I used to. Im going to start eating only 800 calories a day because I eat like almost a pound everyday already, thats why I gained weight in the first place. Also, maybe I could lose maybe 25 pounds in 4 months. I hope its easy though

What you are doing is incredibly dangerous. Teenagers should have a minimum of 1500 calories, and you're eating way less that amount. The results of your dangerous diet can be incredibly serious: you are likely losing muscle and lean tissue, you're almost certainly malnourished, and thus you're putting all your internal organs (heart, brain, etc.) in extreme danger.

 

Also, by eating so little you're likely putting your body into starvation mode and will not lose weight one way or the other -- and when you finally do start eating again you'll gain it all back because your metabolism has slowed down so much.

 

Use the tools on this site and eat a healthy amount of calories for your height and weight.  You can't rush weight loss and expect success.

It can seem really appealing to go for the quick win - big weight loss from a crash diet. However, you will be much better off in the long term from developing a healthy relationship with food. Food is not a friend to be used to sooth negative emotions nor is it a foe to be avoided. Try to make healthy choices. Each day we have so many opportunties to make health food choices. Try to make good choices often and when you indulge enjoy it!

Not getting enough sleep and stress can cause people to eat more and store fat in thier bellies. Exercise can help improve both sleep and stress. See if you can find a fun activity to do with your friends.
