still here!

Lost my internet for a while there because Qwest had to install a new DSL pare (pair?  pear?) but we were without for about a week.

Babysat three baby lambs for a friend that had to be bottlefed every 6 hours.  What a chore!  They were totally sweet though.

4th of July is over!

Let the games begin!

Basketball shuffle drill
Tricep dips
Core (abs)
Stretches/cool down

I'm sure I don't need to say today was my high cal (and then some!) day?  All the sugar is from fruit, honey (in breakfast granola) and apple juice.  I refuse to see sugar in fruit as "bad" sugar.
