Here is the NEW analysis for the day. I fucked up at the end bc I ate my calories (but with 4 peices of whole grain toast and smart balance. Hope you all are real happy. I'm off to the gym.

Hey, just got back from the gym and feel a LOT better. Sorry if I sounded really angry and frustrated in the last few posts last night, but I was. This new system is just new to me and I have a hard time trusting that it will work for me (like I'm some kind of exception). Don't leave because you think I'm some kind of bitch or something--I just am having a hard time. Thanks :)

Hey, I am not going to post the information again that you deleted... but looking at your numbers, your fat is a tad too low. That information is in this post, if you want to have a look at it: http://www.calorie-count.com/forums/post/8532.html

Sodium is high, but I think you recognize that. It really makes a big difference if you can keep it under 2500 mg per day.

And definitely find ways to up your fiber to around 25 g per day. In the above link, there is a list of fruits and veggies high in fiber.

Keep up the good work, it is getting there, just some minor tweaking. Even after over 4 months, doing this day in and day out, I still have to fuck around trying to figure out my pie chart and getting it to look right.

Oh... hey, correction. Sorry about that, I am blind. You did not delete, you just added a new entry. I'm a space cadet. My error. Please don't think I am nagging you. I understand it takes work and that it is really hard sometimes. And that not every day is a perfect day. Just do the best that you can, fight the good fight. I'm really sorry if I came off a bit harsh. I just want to make sure you have all the good information. It's not coming out right because I am over tired... so my sincerest apologies. You're off to a great start.

I just have a question... maybe it's something wrong with my computer, but why does you protein portion look biggest in all your pie charts, but in percentages is shows that carbs are you biggest portion?

When you post the pie chart, it is linked to your current pie chart. So if you start a new day, and have a high protein breakfast, it will show up in the pie chart you posted in your journal the day before.
