Here are my measurements as 11/8/09
Weight Average: 140-142 (as always) :)
Natural waist: 31
Waist at belly button: 34
Hips, heels together: 38
Base of butt heels together: 39
Right thigh, tape 2 inches from underwear: 24.5
Left arm at tan line: 12.00
So basically, my waist belly and arms are slowly getting smaller and my butt and thighs are getting bigger. Hey, I'm not going to complain. The parts of my that I'm working out are getting bigger because I'm gaining muscle. The other parts I'm not working out as consistently, so are just losing some of their fat cushion. This is good. I'm not losing any weight, but I'm losing fat, and that is a really good thing! Also, I was reading that to really lose weight you have to cut your calories. It doesn't matter how much you work out if you still aren't burning more than you consume. So I guess I need to work on that angle, but for right now I'm content to stay on my workouts (4 times a week - woo!) and keep my heart in shape. Dieting blows. I am also trying to introduce more vegetables into my diet, since most fruits are out of season, and soon will focus on meat, which is harder for me.
