Have been working very hard on my website, need to add more features, added a buddy feature which is only available if someone asks me - I need to manually configure it. You can keep up with someone else's current weight and look at what they ate as well! I think this is neat - I use this with my son who has lost 52 pounds. He only uses my site. I use my site to record my foods and activity as I think it is easier than calorie-counts site - however I love the forums and will continue to use this as well for motivation.
I think that once I have lost all my weight that controlling my calories will be something I will need to do for the rest of my life - but it's great!!!!!! I am so much happier - when I get up and look in the mirror and actually see I have a waist - my husband likes me better too :)

After evaluating my current diet vs. the big difference in how I was eating before, I come to a realization of how I gained all those extra pounds. I was consuming at least 10 cups of coffee a day with added no fat hazelnut coffee creamer. I assumed that since it was fat free and liquid, that it didn't matter. Boy was I wrong, with the amount of coffeemate I added - each cup of coffee was well over 100 calories per cup, that is 1000 extra calories a day.
I have now eliminated that from my diet and found some fat free regular coffeemate and carefully measure 1 tablespoon - 30 calories. I have one or two cups a day, and if I want more coffee, I now drink it black.
This was a nice discovery.

I found some great new food, Lean Cuising 33% more food, almost the same amount of calories.
Went to Las Vegas in the end of January, it was very disappointing that I could not count calories for 4 days. I ended up eating both a Big Mac and a Whopper in the same day! Biggest frustration was not having luggage the airport lost on the trip out there and having to spend money replacing my clothing.
I find myself thinking about how I will eat once I've lost the weight. I feel in total control for the first time in my life, having support and online tools to succeed this time!

Weighed myself this morning and I have lost 17 1/2 pounds. I don't find myself coming to this site much except to calculate calories and to record my weight. I use the ticker in my site I created to track my weight, along with my son and daughter in law. My son has lost 38 pounds since the beginning of December. I always wonder where that weight goes :).....
I feel like I want to make a commercial and say I've lost 17 1/2 pounds on the Chris Perry Diet!!! To those of you who use Jenny Craig, there is a cheaper route. I buy a lot of Michelina's Lean Gourmet, approximately a dollar each and each is a meal. If I want to splurge I buy the Lean Cuisine. But in no way do they cost $60 a week which I think is what the commercials say about the leading diet these days.
I want to be 120 pounds but don't know if that is realistic. I guess I'll keep on my diet until I am happy with my weight and looks.
I can't believe how much better I feel about myself - which of course makes you feel better physically - simply amazing!!!
