I'm doing it!

I can run on 6 for FOUR WHOLE MINUTES!

I can do HIIT running at 9 for the 30 second sprint!

I'll do HIIT 1x per week, and walk/run thing (increasing running time each time) 2x a week.

Then when it starts to warm up I'll start training outside.

I'm going to do a half-marathon with my sister next fall!!
