Ugh, So I am tired of not just getting the extra weight off. What the hell?!?! 5 more measly pounds and I would be ecstatic. So....why won't I just do it. I guess being 135 is just so damn easy and I am to lazy to put in the extra effort. I mean I can sort of work out here and there and eat right on most days and be 135. I guess it would take working out like everyday plus drastically cutting back. Sometimes it seems like no matter what I can't get below 135 anyways. I can work out 5x's a week then cut back and 2 weeks later still weigh the same. It's very frustrating.
