This website has given me a very upbeat attitude towards being supportive of other's nutrition and working together on being healthy. So I decided to post when someone asked a question about their pet's health.

When I did someone quoted me being very judgemental of this person's choice to share a vegan diet with their pet and condescending of what I wrote. I checked their profile and I was shocked to find this person was elderly.

I guess no matter what site you are on in the internet there will always be condescending, hypocritical busybodies of all shapes, sizes, races, sex, and age. I thought being an an asshole on the internet was just for the young and ignorant! *lol*

First Day

Today is the start of living healthy. My goal is to get down to my goal weight of at least 150 lbs by my 30th birthday. I would love to fit in my wedding gown and be able to be self accepting of how I look and feel proud that I can keep up with my friends and family.

My boyfriend is going to keep me accountable for my actions, therefor it will be extra motivation to really crack down even through the tough times.

I have to learn not to use food as an emotional crutch and I can tell you is a lot harder than quitting cigarettes because you cannot eliminate food totally out of your life.

I hope by 11/28/10 I will be posting pictures of my success.
