			<description>&lt;p&gt;So I made it to the gym last night.&amp;nbsp; Ran 2.5 in 30 minutes and then switched to the elliptical because there was a line for the treadmill.&amp;nbsp; Of course, 10 min into working on the elliptical..8 treadmills opened up.&amp;nbsp; LOL!&amp;nbsp; My weight is down 3 lbs, so I know the gain from this weekend is temporary.&amp;nbsp; I can't believe that I would put on 5 lbs in one day....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Missing Oscar right now.&amp;nbsp; He went to San Antonio to pick up some of his friends who are visiting in the US for the next week or so.&amp;nbsp; They had issues getting across the border, even though they had their tourists visas and everything.&amp;nbsp; It was really wierd.&amp;nbsp; The border patrol actually asked to see some financial documentation of their income.&amp;nbsp; I have never heard of that and I have been across both Canadian and Mexican borders several times.&amp;nbsp; In the end though, things turned out alright.&amp;nbsp; They were headed down the rivrwalk in San antonio to go see the Alamo, last I heard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Packed a bag for the gym.&amp;nbsp; Hopfully I will have time during the day to knock out my workout.&amp;nbsp; I feel like I have been eating and eating and not watching what I am eating plus my workouts have been feeling sub par.&amp;nbsp; Have a great Tuesday!&amp;nbsp; Fingers crossed, hopefully the rain has stopped!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/deannad70/354025.html</comments>

			<title>Been busy!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have been super busy lately.&amp;nbsp; Since Josh was sick and then some of my other patients were sick, the front of the week last week was really light and I wound up working Thursday and Friday really hard, trying to squeeze all of my patients in.&amp;nbsp; This week will be more even and I will have everythiing done by Thrsday.&amp;nbsp; My goal is to be able to spend Friday in Josh's classroom for his party.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Josh is doing much better.&amp;nbsp; Had another allergic reaction to a bite yesterday, so continuing on with the benardyl/claritin routine still.&amp;nbsp; He decided that he wants to be batman for halloween.&amp;nbsp; Which is what he did last year.&amp;nbsp; So, tonight we are going to see if the costume still fits.&amp;nbsp; (it should....)I tried to talk him into doing something else, but he said nope... he wanted batman.&amp;nbsp; So, batman it is!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Went out this weekend to a place called the Glass Cactus.&amp;nbsp; Was super nice.&amp;nbsp; Oscar and I had a great time and it was good to get away.&amp;nbsp; We spent the day on Saturday at the mall shopping for new clothes for me and it was SO difficult with two children.&amp;nbsp; Our patience was tested to the max.&amp;nbsp; Onthe upside though, I got quite a few nice pieces.&amp;nbsp; Bannana Republic had a lot of stuff on sale, so I was ableto get quite a few shirts and a new pair of stone khakis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weight was up on Sunday from 173 on Saturday to 178!&amp;nbsp; Yikes!&amp;nbsp; Must be water retention along with other stuff.&amp;nbsp; I have never gained that dramatically in one day.....&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/deannad70/353661.html</comments>

			<title>Wednesday...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Made it to the gym for a run last night.&amp;nbsp; Felt great 3.15 miles in 30 minutes.&amp;nbsp; wanted to go longer but the gym was packed and it's a 30 min time limit on the machines.&amp;nbsp; So I worked out my core.&amp;nbsp; Feels great.&amp;nbsp; My goal is to start running in the morning and then doing weights at night.&amp;nbsp; However, it's been really really hard to pull myself away out of the bed, especially when I am snuggled up nice and warm against my guy :-).&amp;nbsp; LOL!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Put dinner in the crockpot, gave Josh breakfast and now I am running out the door to see patients.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully will be able to squeeze in a&amp;nbsp;run tonight too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Weekend...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;After spending the weekend with Oscar and having even more time to talk about everyting...&amp;nbsp; I do believe that this is the right thing to do and we are going to persue a serious relationship.&amp;nbsp; Things have become amazing between us and now I feel that missing piece is finally falling into place.&amp;nbsp; It's almost like he had a mental block and once he made the decision, things improved.&amp;nbsp; As long as he lived in limbo though and then thought he was losing me, things were really bad.&amp;nbsp; I dont have the time to write more, though I really wish I could explain how I felt and what was going on much more adequately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Where did the week go?!?</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So it's been crazy busy.&amp;nbsp; The U2 concert was awesome... however, after things are said and done...&amp;nbsp; Oscar has &quot;officially&quot; come around and now wants to date seriously.&amp;nbsp; I can't really explain everything and type it all out because that would take up too much space, but we had a deep conversation on Saturday and then sat and discussed our relationship on Tuesday too.&amp;nbsp; What itboils down to, is that every time we try to move on with our lives and live it seperately we find ourselves coming back to each other.&amp;nbsp; The two of us are so in tune with each other, it's crazy... he completes me in a way that I thought no one could.&amp;nbsp; Part of it is he thought that he ahd really lost me this time and it really upset him and kind of showed him that yes...hedoes indeed have feelings for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So now, I have to explain to Alex that my heart belongs to someone else and whiile he is a nice guy and a perfect date, I can't give what i don't already have.&amp;nbsp; arghhhh....that's tonight too.&amp;nbsp; I am not used to having these types of conversations with people, but it really needs to be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weight wise, I weighed in this morning.&amp;nbsp; Aunt flo is finally stopping and my weight was 172.&amp;nbsp; So up from my lowest of 166.... Though I think that my gym routine is coming back.&amp;nbsp; Went to the gym Tues and Weds and will again tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; my body feels so good and is thanking me by being fairly sore.&amp;nbsp; LOL!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Monday!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well, TOM showed up on Friday, so I am holding off on an official weigh in.&amp;nbsp; I did weigh this weekend and&amp;nbsp; it came in at 172.6, which is really high for me.&amp;nbsp; I really need to put my nose to the grindstone and stick to my gym plans.....&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; That being said, I am missing my gym workout today.&amp;nbsp; LOL!&amp;nbsp; Alex (hot date on saturday) invited me to a U2 concert in the new Cowboys stadium.&amp;nbsp; So, I am skipping the gym, taking Josh to a sitter's house and going to go see a concert.&amp;nbsp; I am very excited.&amp;nbsp; Date on Saturday was great and we really clicked.&amp;nbsp; He's&amp;nbsp;a really sweet person....&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/deannad70/349755.html</comments>

			<title>So excited!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So, I am nervous and excited and worried and happy..... just a huge bag of mixed emotions about this whole date thing.&amp;nbsp; I really like this guy, whose name is Alex and he has a great accent too.&amp;nbsp; I think I just go for guys that have accents.&amp;nbsp; LOL!&amp;nbsp; I met him on eharmony, so Saturday will be the first time in person.&amp;nbsp; He picked Olive Garden for dinner, I think it sounds fabulous.&amp;nbsp; Oscar already has told me what I need to wear and helped me get things picked out, right down to the shoes...... kind a wierd but that's ok.&amp;nbsp; I guess I threw him off when I told him about this guy, bt I really do think it's necessary to move on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Went for a run this evening.&amp;nbsp; Ran 4.2 miles in 45 minutes and that was with a 5 minute walk break right in the middle.&amp;nbsp; I was pushing my speed up to 7.1-7.4 towards the end of the run.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I&amp;nbsp;figure the only way that I am going to get the distance on the treadmill is to increase my speed.&amp;nbsp; LOL!&amp;nbsp; I only have a certain&amp;nbsp;amount of time that i can spend at the gym.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Alex is a runner too, so he did 4 miles this evening too...so we were comparing aches and pains.&amp;nbsp; Which is really funny.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow night is facials at my house and some relaxation.&amp;nbsp; House isn't that clean, but at this point in time, I can't stress too much about it.&amp;nbsp; Will try and clean it sometime tomorrow before my friends show up! 			<title>Wednesday evening...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So I am going to try and log on at night instead.&amp;nbsp; Things are finally sttling down into a rhythm after the start of school and Joshua's bday.&amp;nbsp; This last month has actually been really stressful since a lot of my patients were hospitalized or lost their insurance or medicaid for some reason.&amp;nbsp; I am finally getting back to my normal amount of visits per week.&amp;nbsp; Thank goodness!&amp;nbsp; I get paid b number of visits and my pay was really low for awhile.&amp;nbsp; Plus I pulled Joshua off of my insurance and got him his own private insurance that was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper (like it was 422/month through my company and now will be 170/month through this private group and it seems like fantastic coverage...).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I haven't weighed myself since vacation.&amp;nbsp; Kindof avoiding the scale.&amp;nbsp; My goal is to weigh in on Monday.&amp;nbsp; I did go to the gym and ran some on Monday, took Tuesday off, ran tonight outside and will be at the gym tomorrow and Friday evening.&amp;nbsp; My eating has just been out of control.&amp;nbsp; HOWEVER, it's getting better.&amp;nbsp; I packed my lunch today and will take one&amp;nbsp; tomorrow too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I officially have a date on Saturday and it's not with Oscar.&amp;nbsp; I think that we have really for sure closed the door on that one this time.&amp;nbsp; We are still really good friends, go to the gym together and hang out a lot together but no hopes of resurrecting anything.&amp;nbsp; He broke up with his last girlfriend already too...&amp;nbsp; so I don't know.&amp;nbsp; I don't think he knows what he wants to do honestly....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But I have a HOT date, so that's all I care about :-P.&amp;nbsp; Will let you knowmore details later!&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;It's been awhile since i have been on here!&amp;nbsp; Good grief.... things are going reall well.&amp;nbsp; Josh has been healthy and hasn't missed school at all since the first incident.&amp;nbsp; Can't say the same for my patients though.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;A lot of them have been ot with flu viruses and all of that good stuff.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am just glad that we have been able to stay healthy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It's been hard to get online here.&amp;nbsp; Normally I did it every morning while at work, but since I am in a different job,&amp;nbsp; I am driving and don't get a chance to get online until evening and then it's usually just facebook.&amp;nbsp; LOL!&amp;nbsp; I am going to work on improving that though because I have missed everyone on here, and it's a way that I kind of felt accountable towards my goals.&amp;nbsp; (if that makes sense...lol!).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hey hey, it's a new low for me!&amp;nbsp; 166.6!&amp;nbsp; Woo hoo, didn't really expect it after the labor day weekend of eating junk and drinking but hey, I will take it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Got a five mile run in yesterday and it felt ok.&amp;nbsp; The last mile was a killer and for me it's usually the first mile that I can't stand.&amp;nbsp; Dunno... I finished it and that's what counts. I upped my membership at the gym so that I can do ALL clubs.&amp;nbsp; That way when I have a patient cancel on me I can just run to the gym and then go to my next patient.&amp;nbsp; Sickness is going around right now, so I have had a lot of patients hospitalized or with insurance problems.&amp;nbsp; Hoping that next week is a much more normal week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Off to Maryland on the 24th!&amp;nbsp; Should be fun, going to go see some of the sights in DC and just hang around.&amp;nbsp; One of my high school friends lives fairly close, so might go see her too....&amp;nbsp; Should be an interesting weekend at least....&lt;/p&gt;
