I am a newbie to this site and have begun writing down my food in the log. It really is an eye opening experience. I am beginning to see how a real serving size should look as opposed to the size over time I had convinced myself was a serving. I am really excited to start this journey with the support and advice from this site. I have joined a gym and will be starting water aerobics and walking the track to start. I look forward to any and all advice from everyone traveling this same road. Best of luck! Like they say one day at a time!
