It's Sunday. My daughter needed me to take care of our granddaughter this week. I haven't figured out how to go for excercise and still keep my composure with a 2.5 year old. My weight loss has been going ok without excercise, however, I know I'll have to play catch up at some time in the future (sagging skin tissue).
I am pleased with my weight loss. It is averaging about 10 pounds a month. I started out with a goal of 15 pounds in a month. I knew this was probably unrealistic, but by shooting for higher, it's easier to achieve less and still be happy about it, which I am.
I reached a weight that I haven't seen since late in 2007. That is I lost enough to be under 230 pounds. I am 3 pounds below that now.
I am still encouraged. I am having a little problem with having energy. I think it may be I'm no consuming enough calories, and lack of excercise too.
