Entry Fundamental Truths About Weight Loss

#1 Fundamental Truth

God made my frame.  It's my responsibility how I maintain it or what I add to it.

 

#2 Fundamental Truth

Our bodies burn energy(calories) when we are sleeping as well as when we are awake.  Like a car engine left idling, the body needs energy to maintain itself during sleep.  A good night's sleep can increase weight loss.

#3 Fundamental Truth

I and my body are two different entities.  I know this because my body works so hard to keep me at a weight I do not wish to maintain.

#4 Fundamental Truth

Weight altering is based on a simple fact:  To lose, burn more calories than consumed; to gain, burn less calories than consumed.
