			<title>Another Wednesday</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;The days pass by quickly and I am still searching for balance in my life.&amp;nbsp; The commute has to go, the challenges have to lessen.&amp;nbsp; I am working on it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hit the gym at 5.20 this morning and lifted.&amp;nbsp; Start the day out great.&amp;nbsp; Hanging in there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Wednesday ~ Damp Spirits</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Spirit is dampened a tad by administration but I will persevere.&amp;nbsp; Something will happen that is positive for my lifestyle.&amp;nbsp; I must say that in meetings yesterday reinforced that I cannot work for administration like that.&amp;nbsp; It is not like me to stab someone in the back...if I have something to say, I say it to the person's face.&amp;nbsp; It somewhat annoys me that someone can be nice to my face and then in the next breath I find out that they are bashing me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That said, I have reached out to a few resources again.&amp;nbsp; I will shake out opportunities in my region.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On a personal level, things are progressing quite nicely on the homefront.&amp;nbsp; When one door is closed another wonderful door does open.&amp;nbsp; Despite the work challenges, I am blessed and continue to thank the universe for that.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Obstacles</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;A wonderful perfect birthday surrounded by friends and family...I am blessed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Work continues to be a challenge met with resistance by administration.&amp;nbsp; What is the universe trying to teach me?&amp;nbsp; Something to learn&amp;nbsp; or something to teach, in every problem/challenge those are the questions.&amp;nbsp; Am I being taught patience?&amp;nbsp; Am I being taught that every book with a pretty cover is really an ugly Dorian Gray underneath?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My days progress...12-14 hrs days are the norm.&amp;nbsp; I am not making it to the gym, I am not eating and I am not drinking water.&amp;nbsp; My stress level is off the charts.&amp;nbsp; My sleeping pattern...well what a joke.&amp;nbsp; It is 2am and I am about to get ready to go into the office.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Let's just say that it is not ideal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Personal level, day before my birthday and looking forward to another year.&amp;nbsp; Proud of my accomplishments in the past year. Need to regroup and see what my accomplishments will be for the upcoming year.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Overwhelmed still at work.&amp;nbsp; Pulling 50-65 hr days and still not getting enough time in....so much to do, so much to learn.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to be patient andtell myself that the reports and processes are new to me...but some days that just doesnt work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Food has suffered, not getting proper meals thruout the day.&amp;nbsp; Not getting proper hydration.&amp;nbsp; Making two days of lifting but need mjore.&amp;nbsp; Cardio is suffering.&amp;nbsp; I guess its my turn to complain.&amp;nbsp; The two hr daily commute is eating up my gym time.&amp;nbsp; For instance today, I left house at 6.30am...will work all day, drive home and straight to the gym for 7pm lifting....will get home at 8.15pm tonight.&amp;nbsp; Long ass day.&amp;nbsp; And then cook supper.&amp;nbsp; I think not...i'll have peanut butter for supper.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Long day but made it to gym and worked out.&amp;nbsp; NOticing some tendonitis in the right forearm.&amp;nbsp; Getting out the tiger balm to cure that right away.&amp;nbsp; Already hit the gym this morning and got in a good run for half hour.&amp;nbsp; Feeling stronger and ready to take on the day.&amp;nbsp; Things will work out as they are supposed to.....I just need to fiddle with the hours in the day to get everything accomplished.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Loads of events (six in all) coming up at work I am responsible for.&amp;nbsp; Found a wine steward finally for the wine and cheese event.&amp;nbsp; Other events will happen I just hope someone shows up to them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weather getting crisper.&amp;nbsp; I may actually wear a winter coat soon.&amp;nbsp; I thought about turning on the heater last night, but chickened out.&amp;nbsp; I threw a down comforter on the bed instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Feeling less puffy and thats a good thing.&amp;nbsp; Water does the trick for me.&amp;nbsp; I wish everyone could discovre things about their bodies.&amp;nbsp; Interesting encounter at lunch esterday.&amp;nbsp; Am still in training this week.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday we were served McDonalds for lunch.&amp;nbsp; I was so disgusted.&amp;nbsp; I asked the server if I could just have a green salad.&amp;nbsp; Everyone around me asked why, was I a vegetarian?&amp;nbsp; I said no, politely and explained that McD's just upsets my stomach.&amp;nbsp; Did I really want to sit there and tell them what kind of draino they were pouring into their bodies?&amp;nbsp; Unbelievable that people think that crap is food!&amp;nbsp; Why not just drink a bottle of vegetable oil and be done with it.&amp;nbsp; Phew....breathe....enough.&amp;nbsp; Am always glad to have my emergency protein bar w/ me.&amp;nbsp; They brought me a large salad and I had time to eat half before class started again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Was not in the mood after a long day to hit the gym.&amp;nbsp; Gave myself a stern talking to and told myself not to be such a baby.&amp;nbsp; I went and did minimal cardio but worked up a sweat.&amp;nbsp; Was happy as I walked out of there and glad I went.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With the hours I am going to put in with several events in the next 15 days....I know I am going to have to move my gym time to the AM.&amp;nbsp; Am wondering how I can finagle coming into work at 10am?&amp;nbsp; But then I would stay until evening.&amp;nbsp; Traffic would be less....Id be worked out and focused....hmmm this is going to take some fancy footwork.&amp;nbsp; If I could squeeze it in a minimum of 2 days a week and then hit it one day a week on my own for weights....then continue cardio on my own other days, it could be done.&lt;/p&gt;
