			<title>Thursday ~ Last Day of Training</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Boy is it cold here in Northern NJ.&amp;nbsp; Already took my bags out to my car and looking forward to a full day of training and then the drive home.&amp;nbsp; I have an uncharacteristic scheduled three day weekend.&amp;nbsp; Time to finalize Christmas shopping and start my cards (shame on me for being late) and get the house in shape for company.&amp;nbsp; Three days of bliss, Im loving it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lots of reflective thoughts these days.&amp;nbsp; Thoughts on exercises, thoughts on food intake, thoughts on health.&amp;nbsp; Reining things in and building inner strength again.&amp;nbsp; That's a good thing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Gotta tell you that Maintenance is a tad tougher than I thought....HAVE to keep exercising no matter what the work schedule.&amp;nbsp; Although the weight may not have gained, the cholesterol in my bloodwork has.....a huge amount.&amp;nbsp; The only two differences have been lack of regular cardio exercise and an increase in alcohol.&amp;nbsp; DATA, that's what it is....DATA, food for thought.....driving home the importance of regular cardio in addition to the strength training.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Wednesday ~ NYC</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Excellent training and am pleased I could come to it.&amp;nbsp; Went with a few ladies into the city last night, shopped and got a Coach bag, ate dinner in Little Italy and managed to make it back to hotelk by just before midnight.&amp;nbsp; A wee bit tired this morning but well worth it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Eating going well this week.&amp;nbsp; Going over notes this morning and will hit the gym this afternoon after class.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Special someone coming up to see me....thrilled life is going well in that area.&amp;nbsp; What a difference from the last four years.&amp;nbsp; Amazing what life brings you in time....the right time and the right attitude and the right place for both parties.&amp;nbsp; Strangely enough, this Friday will be the fourth anniversary of my husband's death.&amp;nbsp; I never thought I would live again, laugh again or even love again.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Tuesday ~ Away on Business</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Tucked away in a hotel just outside of NYC at training this week.&amp;nbsp; Nice to get away from the office and network with other employees.&amp;nbsp; Feeling better about myself....hit the hotel gym this morning for a good hard treadmill workout.&amp;nbsp; Now I feel as though I deserve to have a great day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Saw an awesome advert on the news this morning....shows a can of soda and fat pouring out of it.&amp;nbsp; It was gross.&amp;nbsp; Love the concept though, because hopefully it will make people more aware of what they are putting in their mouths.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hoping to make it into the city tonight for dinner w/ colleagues.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Thursday ~ Bite my Tongue</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I need to tone down my anger, frustration etc.&amp;nbsp; The commute is getting to me, the lack of professionalism is getting to me, the location is getting to me and I am losing it.&amp;nbsp; Told the boss something in confidence concerning business and I get stopped in the parking lot by an employee who asks me if the rumor is true.&amp;nbsp; Floored that the head of the place would tell someone else and now it is floating around the building.&amp;nbsp; I should have known I couldnt trust her, but I had to deal w/ her concerning this piece of business....no other way to do it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now Im getting paranoid....I can see in other peoples eyes and actions that they are aware.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yup Im paranoid.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I lost it when I found out she opened her mouth.&amp;nbsp; Need to get a grip.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hit the gym for spin last night and was proud of myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cortisone working well on my elbow, no pain last night.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All for now....short, choppy, recognizing Im still pissed.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Friday ~ Stronger</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Getting stronger emotionally every day.&amp;nbsp; Reminding myself not to deal w/ the bull****.&amp;nbsp; Reminding myself that I can accomplish anything in the world I put my little heart and soul into.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lifted last night and could feel the bruising on my back and sides.&amp;nbsp; The butt, well, plenty of padding there, but bruising as well.&amp;nbsp; Didnt lift as heavy, but got the job done.&amp;nbsp; Came home and promptly fell into bed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tonight, more decorating for the HOlidays, work all day tomorrow and then Sunday getting the third tree for the house - a real one for the living room.&amp;nbsp; Holidays are brighter this year and I am thankful for everyone who has touched my personal life.&amp;nbsp; Friends and family are marvelous!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/devilish_patsy/365203.html</comments>

			<title>Thursday ~ Rainy and Windy</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;High winds and rain has woken me at this early time....am somewhat happy for the peacefulness of the early morning hours.&amp;nbsp; Time to think, time to ponder my life and what I need for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Very unusual day yesterday...came down w/ fever at the office and went home sick...took to bed asap.&amp;nbsp; Had a bowl of soup mid afternoon and then was going downstairs and promptly fell down the entire flight of stairs.&amp;nbsp; Bruised ego and remnants of soup all over my beautifully painted new walls....but no broken bones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Body was just off kilter yesterday.&amp;nbsp; For me, it is not good to lack balance.&amp;nbsp; Am taking control again.&amp;nbsp; Hitting the gym for a stress reliever tonight and enjoying the holiday season.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/devilish_patsy/364814.html</comments>

			<title>Wednesday ~ Balance?</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Here we are again.&amp;nbsp; I wonderful friend from here emailed me and just their thoughts and sentiments reminded me of the balance that I seek in life.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am looking at other options for my daily living.....more to follow soon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Health-wise, I am tired, running a fever, overworked and overstressed but remembering that I have no control except over my attitude.&amp;nbsp; I will regain balance in my life.&amp;nbsp; I will not end up like the other newbie's in the company I see who are leaning on alcohol to soothe their nerves.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Went for a good high-incline treadmill workout last night.&amp;nbsp; Overall, I have lost a little muscle mass not lifting three days a week....but the body is still good.&amp;nbsp; I notice the difference, but it is the price I pay for travelling for work and the long hours.&amp;nbsp; It will end soon.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Consciously aware that I have been over-imbibing again....must leave the blueberry wine alone.&amp;nbsp; Not worth the calories, not worth the bloat.&amp;nbsp; Feeling puffy and will rehydrate properly today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Getting ready for a business trip this week.&amp;nbsp; Already know the hotel has a gym and Im packing my running shoes and lifting gloves.&amp;nbsp; Preplanning.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Friday for many but I now work every Saturday so, my Friday is tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; Balance not coming just yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Need to get back to journaling and writing down all my foods.&amp;nbsp; I know I have to be undereating.&amp;nbsp; Im missing my meals every three hours.&amp;nbsp; Carrots remain a marvelous snack for me.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;The days pass by quickly and I am still searching for balance in my life.&amp;nbsp; The commute has to go, the challenges have to lessen.&amp;nbsp; I am working on it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hit the gym at 5.20 this morning and lifted.&amp;nbsp; Start the day out great.&amp;nbsp; Hanging in there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
