Trying to let food digest to finish off a double workout. Fell asleep for about 3 hours this afternoon and woke up not feeling well. I feel a little better and will attempt to work out in ten to fifteen minutes. Just feel a sense of exhauston with all the family drama but refuse to allow it to interfere with my journey, I am trying to take the negative energy and turn it into positive energy. Go GIRL!!!!!
