I started working with a trainer a month ago and she gave me a new menu plan. So far so good I have lost 14 lbs. and hope to lose another 25-30. She had me cut out almost all of the carbs and started me on protien drinks to help build muscle and curb hunger. It has been working great, I just need to behave myself on these big holidays.
