Being sick is so frustrating...
I'm finally starting to recover from being sick for almost two weeks. I stayed home from work, and didn't do anything (including work outs!) and for some reason, I ate TWICE as much as I normally do! I think my body was craving nutrients of any kind to try to get itself healthy again. (Or, I could've just been pigging out because I thought I had a good excuse to...lol) Either way I don't feel guilty for not working out because I literally had NO energy and it wouldn't have been good for me. But now I'm starting to regret not staying within my calorie range each day. My scale = up 5 pounds! Damn, and I was doing so good :/
I have a total of 16 pounds to lose in 8 weeks. That's exactly 2 pounds a week, so it'll be a good chance to see if the '7000-calorie-a-week-deficit' theory works!
Here are my goals, (I'll keep updating) :
11/12: (goal) 129 || actual: 129 - right on!
11/19: 127 || actual: 126
11/26: 125 || actual: 125 - weighed myself a day early but i'm already there :)
12/03: 123 || actual: ___
12/10: 121 || actual: ___
12/17: 119 || actual: ___
12/24: 117 || actual: ___
12/31: (OVERALL GOAL!) 115 || actual: ___

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
