Entry Bump it
Apr 19 2007 15:14

I'm buying a bottle and some Diet Coke on the way home. I can always rededicate myself tomorrow. Tonight I just don't care. I did some body measurements today. My body fat is under 10%... more like 6% (+/-3%). I didn't know it was that low. I think I have a disfigured view of myself in the mirror. Oh well.

I'm taking the day off from the gym, although I'll still end up doing ab work.

My roommate is out of town with her husband. The dog is gone. Last night I slept with the door to my room open for the first time in years. It was amazing.

After I do my ab work when I get home I'm going to pour myself a drink and then I'm going to do a few laps around my condo - naked. After that, I'm going to start a load of laundry and then I'm just going to leave it in the dryer.

I might even take a shower with my door open. Shhh...

even if the house is completely empty, I can't sleep with my door open!

HAHA....good for you! That's awesome...I can't imagine the things I would do if I had the whole house to myself! Pure chaos I tell you :)

Have you seen the new Diet Coke with vitamins and minerals in it? Crazy...it's the new health food!

I always shower with the door open...one of the virtues of living alone, but I really do it to keep the mirror from steaming up :)

Eeeep! I love drawing little happy faces and people on my mirror after it gets all steamy! I'll NOT be showering with my door open now. =/

Haha - It will be pure chaos - if you consider not finishing laundry and walking around naked to be chaotic. =p

I have heard of this crazy new Coke contraption. I just haven't purchased it. Have you tried it, Cassandra.. or anyone? Perhaps tonight would be a good time to try it. I mean - I'm going to be drinking. Extra micro-nutrients would probably be beneficial.

Oh man. Get coke zero if you can. I do not know why they have diet coke and coke zero, but it's awesome! It does not taste diet at all and still no cals. Would be great for drinks.

Have fun being naked and stuff!

It's kind of a double-edged sword drinking that new diet coke---on the one hand, your getting vitamins, and on the other hand it's leeching calcium from your bones. Maybe the minerals will counteract that...? could be a good experiment, and I might just be the person to do it...maybe I'll put it on my to-do list for this summer (I'm such a biology nerd...if it isn't obvious)

Dude, I am so pumped to live on my own because I am going to do everything naked. I have no modesty... at least with myself, haha.

And 6% body fat?! are you kidding me? Damn, kid that IS low! I think you can feel confident that you are doing a great job!

Pssst Pat, BMI is a little too low right now hun.  Make sure you are getting enough protein.

Having said that, shower naked!  Sure, you will miss the happy face on the mirror bit, but once enjoy it! If you have an acrylic glass, shower naked with the Diet Coke and the contents of the bottle.  Oh, and sing.  I prescribe a classic one hit wonder tune from the early 80's (of your choosing).

Heh - is 150-200 grams enough? =p

Trust. I do this in a healthy manor and with plenty of calories. My BMI isn't even low. It's smack dab in the middle of the healthy range. I'm 5'11", 158 lbs. With an unscientific formula, that puts me right at 22. =D

See - healthy range.
