Entry It's Thursday!!! YAY

So... My yesterday was good, although I didn't do what I planned on doing after bible study.  I stayed @ church running off at the mouth, for way longer than I should have.  By the time I got home and made the little person something for dinner, helped said same little person color his turkey (homework) and put some Cap'n Crunch in a bowl for my own dinner :) I was ready for BED.  So I still haven't worked out, and I have no idea whether any of the post vacation and TTOM weight has left me.  I refuse to weigh until I AT LEAST hit the gym.  Silly - yes; true - yes. 

Today's plan does include the gym.  I need to workout - I am feeling very sluggish and I know it is a direct result of my lack of gym time.  SOOOO no planning on doing it at home - I need to get a fitness rhythm before I even attempt to incorporate at home workouts. I am in the mood to run, which is a good sign.  I just need to see if I can convince hubby to cook dinner AND help the baby FINISH his turkey.  

Tomorrow's plan is to bring my gym bag to work and hit either LA Fitness or Bally's.  Don't know which... neither has any class I wanna take during the mid day on Fridays. Tomorrow night is my baby brother's "I PASSED THE BAR" celebration, which should be lots of FUN!

You can do it mama!  :) It's really nice that your hubby will be willing to hang out with the little man while you hit up the gym.  Tim (my hubby) and I argue about me exercising with my daughter in the other room since he has to keep an eye on our son.  Blah.  I don't blame him he is kind of a stay at home dad since his accidents.  So maybe he should be able to take a break too!

I am not weighing myself this week either (ttom) I average a 3-5 lb gain for that week each time. In fact, one of the biggest indicators is suddenly gaining 1 lb a day for a few days for no reason. I was in the 140s b4, but I don't want to look now. Nothing wrong with that. Don't need to see an ugly #. I don't need any other reason to have a mood swing, you know?

Cap n Crunch, the dinner of champions ;)

I don't like weighing myself during TTOM or actually the week before. Sometimes it DOES make a difference. Hang in there and have fun at the celebration.
