			<description>&lt;p&gt;Still feeling sick today.&amp;nbsp; Friday was the worst.&amp;nbsp; Saturday, we cleaned the basement getting ready for the new furnace that is coming today.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I feel really congested and weak.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lon and I took a walk approximately 1.8 miles yesterday evening.&amp;nbsp; I started out feeling okay, but as we walked, I started to feel worse and worse.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn't exercise video this am.&amp;nbsp; I will, if I feel better later today.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think I need to rest and recover.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At least I didn't gain since yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Sunday's weight was 145.8.&amp;nbsp; That is only up .2 pounds.&amp;nbsp; Not that much.&amp;nbsp; I still need to watch it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yesterday, I fasted.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Yesterday we did Sculpt from Power 90 1-2 in the morning, followed by two times to the water tower and back.&amp;nbsp; Then in the afternoon, Lon and I walked four times up and back to the water tower.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lon measured it in his car and each way is .3 of a mile.&amp;nbsp; So 6 times up and back is just a little under two miles.&amp;nbsp; We also did 25 push ups in the morning and 25 push ups in the evening as well.&amp;nbsp; I am so excited.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yesterday I weighed 145.8, this morning I weighed 145.2.&amp;nbsp; I am watching what I eat and adding the walking.&amp;nbsp; Soon, I will be reaching my goal of 127.&amp;nbsp; It is definitely in sight.&amp;nbsp; I am going to reach my goal, and bring Lon along with me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today we took it up a notch and increased to the Slim in Six &quot;Burn it up&quot; hardest video workout.&amp;nbsp; It is 59 minutes instead of 48 minutes.&amp;nbsp; It is tough.&amp;nbsp; I was challenged.&amp;nbsp; It felt hard, but great.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Lon and I walked in the rain four times up and back to the water tower last night between 6 pm and 6:45.&amp;nbsp; We had a nice time, Katie took Emily to Forefront practice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Betsy was at Codi's working on powerpoint project.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>***Finally Reached Under 145***</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today, I weighed in at 144.8.&amp;nbsp; I finally got under the 145 mark.&amp;nbsp; I have gotten under and then went right back up about three or four pounds, then down, then up.&amp;nbsp; This time I am going to continue to go down the scale.&amp;nbsp; If I can lose another five pounds, then I can be down into the 130's.&amp;nbsp; That would be tremendous.&amp;nbsp; I haven't been there for several years.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Added Walking</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;For the past week, Lon and I have added walking in the evening to our exercise routine.&amp;nbsp; We have started at our house and walked to the Water Tower up and back three times.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday evening, we walked over to Art and Mary's and back then to the Water Tower and back twice.&amp;nbsp; This morning we did Slim 'n six Ramp It Up for 48 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Walked to the Water Tower and back then ran up to the 259th Terrace sign and walked back home all before 7:40 am.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>First Day of Calorie Counting</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have been exercising consistently six + days a week since February 2008.&amp;nbsp; I have lost approximately 15 - 17 pounds depending on the day.&amp;nbsp; I keep fluxuating between 146 - 149 for the past few months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need to count my calories so that I can continue on my weight loss to meet my goal of health and body image satisfaction.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So from today on, I am going to try to keep track of what I put into my mouth and how I exercise my body each day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
