Its rainy, its cold, and I'm tired! Good combination for work huh? Well, today is plyometrics day (basically jumping around for an hour),  so should prove to be an awakening experience at the least. Having trouble eating the amount of calories I should be eating. I really need to be eating around the 2600 mark, but I seem to always hit my limit around 2000 calorie limit. Slightly worried I will hit a pleateu but we shall see. I'll see about increasing then little by little. The program requires SOOO much food though.

So yesterdays workout was a pleasant  blend of pushups and situps. I have never been the pushup king, even after I finished boot camp. Toward the end of this particular workout, I attempt to do a pushup (on my knees) and my arms ended up jello-ing me to the floor. I know its the way its suppose to work. Something about watching 4 people on the television cranking out pushups like they are casually sleeping, as I become this noodle on the floor is somewhat......humiliating in a way. Pullups, I'm not much better. I can do roughly 1 pullup without the aid of a chair. With the aid of a chair, I can manage roughly 10 or so. Which is better then when I started 2 and a half weeks ago. Still. R, who is p90'ing with me as she did her pullups managed to pull a spectacular accident and broke the chair as she tried to push the chair away mid air with her feet(its a really small flimsy chair). Let me tell you, laughing as you are beating yourself up exercising, really, just makes it hurt more.

Swordfish tonight for dinner. Haven't actually ever made it myself before, hopefully I don't suck at making it. Oh well, as per usual, back to work.
