I did a pretty great job of counting cals and eating healthy yesterday (Morgan- I used your mantra- 'stick to the plan!') and I was around 1500, no exercise. However, I went to bed @ 9:30 last night, with gym back packed, etc, and this morning decided to sleep in instead. Boo to me. At least I took the C line into work so I got a .8 mile walk in so far. Today I will be sticking to the plan once again:
breakfast- vitamuffin @ 7:30, oatmeal w/ cinnamon @ 10:00 (250)
lunch- healthy choice pumpkin squash ravioli, apple (370)
pm snacks- wheat pretzels, vitamuffin, and hopefully some carrot sticks or something. (250)
dinner- whole wheat penne w/ grilled chicken and tomato sauce, and basil. (400)
dessert- choc mousse pudding (60)
= 1330. no exercise. If I do get to the gym, I will also add in a fruit smoothie, or a luna bar.
PS- I have a gut lately, like, the biggest stomach I've ever had. It is gross, and I need to really watch my calories
eh sometimes its better to sleep and let your body rest than killing yourself to make yourself workout. As long as you are on the lower end of the cals you don't need to get a workout in (although trust me I feel super guilty about it when I skip too, lol). I take the C line in the morning, it would be so funny if I saw you one day, lol. And I am sure you do not have a "gut" lol |
I like the HC pumkin ravioli. I had some just a little while ago. My stomach bloats sometimes too, but if the scale is not moving, I don't worry, I figure it is cause ttom is coming, and it goes away. You might just need a good bm. I agree with the girl above me though. I am not sure you have ever really had a 'gut'. lol |
Aw dp don't worry about the "gut" I'm sure it's from something like ttom or bloating. I never plan to workout in the mornings because I just can't get up. Good eats today! |
i love that hc pumpkin ravioli too...this is my last summer on my school dining plan so i can't wait to be able to have a kitchen and buy my own food. your plan for the day is making me hungry...

and by summer i mean semester* oops |
Ah, we both skipped our morning workouts!! |
Will I lose weight if I eat the same food over and over?
You can lose weight despite eating the same food day-after-day as long as you eat fewer calories than you burn. In fact, eating the... Read more
