			<title>Started taking Release products</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I really though hard about taking Release products, because I wanted to lose weight on my own.&amp;nbsp; But, I have had a very hard time controlling how much I eat.&amp;nbsp; It was too hard to have smaller portion sizes.&amp;nbsp; I even did the 6 small meals per day and that didn't seem to work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I guess I was hoping if I could start losing weight, then once I am off of Release it will be easier to watch what I eat.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to eat healthier.&amp;nbsp; I read all of my friends posts on here and pay attention to what everyone eats and that is what I am trying to eat.&amp;nbsp; Portion size is my biggest problem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also need to workout &quot;better&quot;.&amp;nbsp; I need to do more activities that raise my heart rate.&amp;nbsp; A lot of my friends do jazzercise here in town and they all LOVE it, so I think I am going to join.&amp;nbsp; They have like&amp;nbsp;5 classes throughout most days.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes this morning and walked 30 minutes this afternoon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I worked a school party at the skating rink tonight, while my husband went to an FCA banquet.&amp;nbsp; He had to go because Bobby Bowden, coach of Florida State University football team, was the speaker.&amp;nbsp; He loves Florida State!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am proud of myself for starting to be more active and working out each day.&amp;nbsp; I want to make it to the YMCA to do the circuit room, but haven't had time yet.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/drca4again/288117.html</comments>

&lt;p&gt;I just rode the bike today for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes this afternoon, I thought I would give my shins a break, since they hurt so much yesterday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am proud of myself for eating healthier these past couple of days and for exercising.&amp;nbsp; I need to stay strong this weekend! &lt;p&gt;I walked 30 minutes this morning.&amp;nbsp; Tonight I just walked 15 minutes and rode the bike the other 15 minutes.&amp;nbsp; My shins started hurting when I was walking.&amp;nbsp; I think I need to stretch before I walk.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Am I depressed?</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I don't know if I am depressed or what? I am tired all of the time and very, very moody.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am sure part of it is from weighing 185 pounds.&amp;nbsp; But, I can't seem to get motivated to do anything.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My husband and I just got back from Lincoln, NE.&amp;nbsp; We went there for our Leadership class.&amp;nbsp; We went there for legislative session.&amp;nbsp; We watched all of the Senators in action.&amp;nbsp; We toured the state capitol, I couldn't believe how much meaning and detail went into it.&amp;nbsp; Every picture, made of mosaic tile, represented some part of Nebraska, from the pioneers, to the animals, crop production and its people.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We then met with the Governor and then had lunch at the Governors mansion.&amp;nbsp; I was very impressed by the Governor.&amp;nbsp; He seemed like a very honest, respectful caring person.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/drca4again/273464.html</comments>
