I went to the dr yesterday cuz i just had it with the way i looked. I did go on alli fo almost 6 weeks and i lost 10 lbs!
I have phentermine and i feel already a lot of energy!
I have sweat alot today but i did housework!
I went to the dr and the scale said 217! I was so excited! My scale says 221 and i was shocked!
o welll--i have to go the dr in a month to get anither refill so we will see how much i lose!

Hello All! I didn't gain any in 2 weeks. I didnt lose any either. I have been totally stressed out lately. Girl Scout cookie mom is killin me. I dont even want to look at a girl scout cookie now!  Thats a good thing I guess! We are bowlin tomorrow and I am takin the kids to see Hannah movie today! We should have fun....Ttyl

Hello Journal and anyone else reading this. I am tryin to get back to doing this everyday but its hard. I ate 2 mini donuts which I shouldnt have. We have $40 to last us til Fri and nuthin really heathy in this house. We have canned fruit which is better I guess! I made Selena her tuna noodles for lunch and I am about to leave in a minute. 226 today, just wish it was a little lower. I will have to workout today. Thats my goal!!

214 I saw on that scale --I cant believe its true

Were Home!! 
I am unpacked and better.....Cory did not go but he stayed with Martin. Meeting with Carmika on Thursday at 11am. i dont think I have to go..
We are havin a mini birthday bash fo Dad, shell, & Cory --i think
Its really hot today like gonna be 80 today!
weighed myself at 11 and I was 225..Water today and lots of it...Had a big cup of coffee!!

Christi threw Cory out so he is living with Anne now. He knows about our trip tomorrow and he doesnt wanna go!! 

Got my nails and toes done today--I feel pampered today---have not weighed myself today but I cheated yesterday BIG TIME......

trying to stay on track today but had to climb a few obstacles!!

We leave tomorrow and so excited!!!

I saw Cory today and we ate out for breakfast with hun. We were suppose to go to see the cop but he called in sick today!

We are leaving in 4 days!!! I am soooo excited!

Today is Sunday and I feel alot better.  After drinking way too much tequila on Friday, I threw up and fell on the floor at the party. I was the life of the party though. I dont remember some parts. I woke up Sat and weighed myself and i weighed 221. Thats another 2 pounds gone!! I threw up everything i ate. I only ate a whopper and a few bites of Ramen that day. Me and my girls drank over a gallon of Tequila between all 4 of us. We ALL had hangovers yesterday and I finally got my appetite back last night at bowling.
I am going shopping for shoes today and I am eating Taco Bell cuz I want it!! LOL
