Victorious!! I've now reached the 150s again!
I've lost 11.5 pounds, so now I've only got 23.5 pounds left to lose.
I didn't think I could actually do it. One point me!! Next stop, baggy pants!
Yay! he he he, such fun.

*in case you can't tell, I'm jumping up and down inside*
Wanna know why? I weighed myself yesterday . . . I lost 2.5 pounds! I now weigh about 164.5 pounds. Yay!! I'm back to where I was before my vacation in August. I can't tell you how happy I am!!!!! (of course, the number of exclamation points in this entry might give you a hint)
There is no greater feeling than this. I just can't wait to step on that little white scale next saturday. Wish me luck! C:

Have you ever really contemplated your heighth? I never really did. Not until last year, when it was obvious I wasn't growing anymore, I measured myself. I thought I was about 5'7 and 1/2''. Nope, I'm just barely at 5'6''.
This probably wouldn't be so bad, except for the "extreme" difference between me and the rest of my family. My mom is 5'10'', my sister 5'11'', my brother 6'1''. Not to mention everybody at school, in the hallways, is so tall anymore. I feel a little like a shrimp. Or maybe a dwarf. That sounds better, I don't much like shrimp. Lol. I could go on and on with this topic, but I suppose I've wasted enough of your time. Soooooooooooo . . . bye. (go ahead, laugh at me, goodness knows i do) c:

Okay, so I'm getting back on track. But, you don't want to hear of that, you've got your own plans. Wanna hear a funny thing? Thursday, during lunch, I had a lunch baggy full of carrots. Big ones too. I chopped them up myself, and I was 'munching' on them, when my friend Syndney goes "So Anna, when did you turn into a horse?" I laughed so hard. Then I said, "I'm not a horse, I'm a rabbit." Then I clicked my teeth. Yeah, I've got weird friends, and guess what? I'm weird, I know. It's entertaining.

Well, yesterday I walked about 2.5 miles on the treadmill, about one hour. While I was jogging/walking, I was watching that fabulous movie '300' which my mom just bought on tuesday. Sure makes the time fly. And for some reason my knee decided to start acting up again. So today I decided to ride my bike instead. I got up at 6:45 and got dressed. Brushed my teeth and went for a ride. About an hour on the bike, up and down the hills, through the city streets, avoiding potholes and cars. The only downside: one mean little blister on my hand. Hmph. I'll have to figure out something to bypass this particular incident. Can't have it happen again.
So that puts my 'burned calories' total at 566 for yesterday, and 558 so far for today. Not too bad, I must say. (for me atleast) (I weigh myself tomorrow, wish me luck!)

Okay, I absolutely realize the cheetos there at the end wasn't a very wise choice (as it pushed my total to way above what I might have liked) but that's okay. And the bratwurst, not so good, but there aren't any more, so no worries about a repeat. I don't have any more salad stuff, so I'll have to come up with something for lunch tomorrow. All in all, I don't think it turned out too bad. Any advice or comments are welcome. -a. (btw, I got about 306 cal burned for exercise, about 110 minutes)

okay, i'm just starting out here, so my first few days might be rough. I just made my first food log, for breakfast. And wow, that's a lot of calories. i am now about to go to my sister's house to jog on the treadmill for as long as i can stand it. I will add that to my activity log when i am done. thanx for ur support. already it's working. i don't think i've gone to do the treadmill 2 days in a row yet. lol
