Entry hmm....

Well, yesterday I walked about 2.5 miles on the treadmill, about one hour. While I was jogging/walking, I was watching that fabulous movie '300' which my mom just bought on tuesday. Sure makes the time fly. And for some reason my knee decided to start acting up again. So today I decided to ride my bike instead. I got up at 6:45 and got dressed. Brushed my teeth and went for a ride. About an hour on the bike, up and down the hills, through the city streets, avoiding potholes and cars. The only downside: one mean little blister on my hand. Hmph. I'll have to figure out something to bypass this particular incident. Can't have it happen again.

So that puts my 'burned calories' total at 566 for yesterday, and 558 so far for today. Not too bad, I must say. (for me atleast)     (I weigh myself tomorrow, wish me luck!)

Hi there.  Good job ont the calories burned.  I got your note on my journal, that was really good advise about me eating a bit more, your right.  It really got me thinking about how many calories I really do need to eat.  So I am back trying to eat the 1200 calories.

You mentioned that you had an incident riding your bike, what happened?

Good luck on your weigh in, I guess that was today, right?

Oh, the incident was the blister in and of itself. lol. I'm never too fond of those. And thanks, I only lost 1 pound this week, but hey, it's something right?

I'm glad. There's nothing so important as taking care of yourself. Good Luck!

Great job Anna!  You must be working really hard at this!  Good job on losing the 1 pound!!  I hope your blister heals quickly.  I can't wait until it cools down here so that I can exercise outdoors as well.
