Lowest trend line of my diet. Things humming along nicely...though it is now almost 12:30 and that means hunger. I have a business lunch at 1 so it will be a long 30 minutes. The test comes when lunchtime hits and to see if i make the right decisions or not....i think i will. In fact, having a 100 calorie bar now to ward off any bad temptations!
Great dieting day to you!

Wow, what a difference a few days make. The weekend, always the toughest part for me... To go through my cheat day, and see the weight come up is so disturbing, but i have been down this road several times. I am back at it, was yesterday too..so the weight will slip off.
I am depressed today, the Browns were this close to beating the Steelers....what a bummer. Then followed by a Colts loss by a field goal...what a tough sports weekend.
On the bright side, I did get some progress done with 0001111111, and also went to the Indianapolis Museum of Art. What a gorgeous place, and the price is perfect. Free.
Best of luck to you on a diet Monday!

Here is an example of how the cheat day works to YOUR ADVANTAGE.
The site tells me that I should eat 1650 per day to lose the weight I want to in a healthy fashion..one to two pounds per week right? Ok follow the math here.
1650 X 7 = 11,550 Calories for the week.
1200 X 6 = 7200 calories
4000 X 1 = 4000 calories or a total of 11200 calories including one day that was 4000 calories.
So for the week, i am still running a deficit of 300 calories that i technically could eat...but if i do 4000 calories (which i dont know if i do, just saying) I am still fine for the WEEK. Sure your daily counting is important, but the weekly numbers are more important to me.
4000 calories is a LOT of food. Thats a breakfast, bigmac and fries for lunch and pizza for dinner. Enjoy your day...dont count, dont plot, anything...its free. You pay for it the rest of the week.

Speaking of trend, I love the trend line with the weight log. It gives you a broader picture, than just the weight alone. Of course, today I like it so much because it is at the lowest it has ever been. My trend line just dipped below 205!!!! How wonderful!
I am in day two of my push to break 200, and yesterday went well....today is off to a strong start..i am upping my beverage intake to help with that side of it...and the rest is up to making good decisions at each meal time. Best of luck to you all today!

ok, this plateau is killing me. i am so close to 200, but so far. well, not really. I am on the quest, the push to the summit is now. 200 will be broken this month. Game on.

So, 204 again today...all things considered, i am ok with that. Up 2 pounds this week...first time in a while i have gained in a weeks time...but in a holliday week (halloween) i suppose its ok. plus i did have a bigmac, and a mcrib this past weekend, so i deserve it i guess. my back is feeling better after my workout injury, and i should be able to hit the gym saturday night for a bit i hope.
have a great weekend..GO BROWNS! and COLTS!

ok, back under 205 and now just 9 pounds from the goal weight...but i can already tell it wont work well. my goal was initially 215...and now i am at 215. with each pound i lose, the better i look ( just saying ) and i like it. I have been looked at twice a few times, that never happened 6 months ago... now it doesnt really matter because I am married with children, but it still feels good you know?
