			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have been so unmotivated!!! Im in a self hate mode right now.&amp;nbsp; Today I made it to the gym this am and worked on the tread mill for 40 min.&amp;nbsp; Then I did a little weight lifting, and stretching.&amp;nbsp; Have to sit all day and get some homework done today.&amp;nbsp; But I'm procrastinating. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hello everyone, I just joined this with a friend of mine.&amp;nbsp; I hope it works.&amp;nbsp; Im a Registered nurse, new grandmother.
