when it comes to this diet thing. i just can't keep going with it! i do so well for the first couple weeks watching a couple pounds shed off... then i just sort of drift away from being so strict on my eating habits and let little fatting foods slip by every once in awhile then more and more slip by and im back to the weight i started at! ugh. sicking. im trying to stay on a 1200 calorie diet and working out when i can get the chance... but again, like my eating habits slip, so does working out.... not sure if i just need a motivation buddy or what. someone help!
