Another start begins today. Please, Lord, give me the strength to make it one day completely committed. I can't think that I need to loose 112 lbs. I need to retrain myself to commit to little things each day, and building them over time. Today's food goal is to not purchase an afternoon snack from the vending machine. Today's fitness goal is to get to the gym. It doesn't matter what I do for a workout or how long I am there. The goal is just to get there.
