God, help me through this period of stress. Since Friday, Nov 6, I have been cravings for sweet. I am having a lot of thoughts about my mother, bills and life in general. Lord help me to get out of the 290"s. I was off of work today so I had alot of idle time so Lauren and I went walking and then to the fitness center for 30mins. I felt so good about myself.
I'm at my mom's home right now. She's just had a mastectomy and I'm out of work. I crave sweets ALL the time. It's hard to eat 'normal' when I keep thinking a bag of chocolate cookies would taste so good - but then I'd feel so much worse if I gave in. I went to the gym for over an hour, but the scale isn't moving for me. Takes time, I pray with you for both our cravings. I wouldn't want us to waste what ever good we did at the gym for a few minutes of pleasure eating. Amy |
