okay... so today, I only ate like 1300 calories and it was weird. Well, usually I don't log my foods and such, but when I woke up this morning and started to have my usual nanner and toasted whole wheat bread with peanut butter, well I ate the banana fine, but when I started eating the bread and such I just felt sick, and it tasted really weird. I didn't really eat much today, basically a bunch of fruit and 4 small baked potatoes, which I nearly had to force myself to eat the last one.
So possible causes for this is that... maybe 3 or 4 days ago I had a bunch of pineapple and ya know when you have a lot of pineapple it kind of shreds your tongue, well that happens. and I went vegan for lent with a bunch of eating some butter and such.. but um, yeah. So today was weird... oh! and I was kind of sick like 2 days ago... my stomach was hurting and I didn't eat anything till 6:00 ish. so yeah.. I dunno.. if it happens again tomorrow I'll have to tell someone. Cause it was weird not eating so much, but I couldn't... I just couldn't bring myself to.. the idea of grains made me sick to my stomach and still is. I had a couple walnuts.. that's it.
But anywho... it was absolutely BEAUUUTIFUL outside today. xD it was really warm/cool and it rained and everything.. but I didn't run because the road was litereally all slush... so yeah, I'm going to run tomorrow.. I'm just kinda rambling so.. bye bye.
