Entry still going- huge realization

So today was a weird day. I haven't felt the best so i've barely ate 1000 calories. i know i'm supposed to eat over 1200 but i was worried it would be coming back up! lol. i'm NOT getting sick. i'm NOT i'm NOT lol. am i convincing anyone else? Halloween is coming and we have trick or treating and i have an exam tomorrow and a billion things to do. no TIME to get sick!Today i was down to 210. i'm thrilled. I know the weight won't keep coming off so fast but it's definitely motivating for me.

As a side note, i found some awesome crunchy taco shells today. Ortega whole grain. They have 110 calories for TWO shells which is a tad higher than other shells but they have 6 grams of fiber between the two!!!! Regular shells have 1 gram between 2-3 shells. I love me some fiber! and the shells taste great too. Target had them on sale for $1 a box. I'm going to look at see if they have them at other stores closer to home.

EDIT TO ADD..... i just made a startling realization. i have mirrors in my house other than the bathroom vanity mirror. 4 of them! i've never had mirrors before. I didnt like to see myself. Now i have one in the living room and one in the dining room and one in my bedroom and one i just got to hang up in my closet where i get dressed. Small changes that I didn't even realize!

Sounds like I need to make a trip to target to get some of those taco shells.  Perhaps with some ground turkey and beans.  Yum!  Actually I don't think 110 calories for two is bad considering a regular flour tortilla generally has about 90 calories for one!

Great job on the weight loss.  I hope you don't get sick.  I'm holding a good thought for you and crossing my fingers xx
