So i've decided to try eating the majority of my calories before 2:30 pm and then just have a small dinner around 5. I'm hoping to re train my body to not be so hungry at night. Usually when i get home from school i'm so hungry that i can't wait til dinner and I snack and eat a ton of crappy calories. I'm hoping by eating better calories in the am, i wont need to snack as much. We'll see how it goes!
