hi, are you eating a real breakfast? That jump-starts your metabolism. Try eating about 300 cals for breakfast (a bowl of cereal will do it) and that will get your engines going. With your metabolism revved up, you don't have to worry as much throughout the day. Have you seen the "living with obesity at 700 cals a day" post yet? That's a really good article, because it really shows you how eating that little can affect you, and how to overcome it. I talk, but I have to remind myself every day (well, almost every day, yesterday was barbecue night) to eat enough. so i do understand. |
Hello. I am sorry to hear that you are having problems eating your suggested calories. You have no reason to be embarrassed to post your measurements. If I can post mine anyone can post theirs. I added you to my friends list - I hope you don't mind. I am here if you want to talk. |
I know it seems hard to eat 1500 calories a day but I know you can do it. It will help you in your weight loss. Drink plenty of water !!! It made me sad when I read that you hate your body. Turn it around and tell me one of your favorite things about your body. |
