Entry im back and not feeling good!

where do i start?! i wish i could scream! i am feeling so down..i was soooo clooooseee... i was 138 lb, and my goal was 135!!! just 3 pounds away.. and now i am 144! i know i am not as huge as before ( i used to be 156 almost a year ago) .. ok ok.. let me tell u what happened after i got 138 lb.. me and my dearest hubby, went on a sking trip.. just 3 days before chrismas, and we were having so much fun, and i dont have to say how different our relation changed after losing 17 lb.. ola la! hehe

so we are skiing.. and then i fell, no i didnt fell! somebody hit me soo bad, that i fell.. and now i have a broken shoulder.. :( :( :( after almost 2 month.. it still havnt hilled completely and doctor told me it is gonna stay this way for another 3 month. i mean can you believe it? that is sooo not fair..

anywho, after the accident i am on my butt 24/7! i cant even do sit ups! so in 2 month i gained 7 lbs! and no need to say that my appetite has riseeed like 100 times! i want to eat all the time, i guess its because i dont have anything else to do..

guys i have updated my profile, and now my starting weight is 144.. and i want to start fresh.. need your help, like the last time....but this time i dont have much time, i have to be set before march 21st, which is Iranian new year.. so lets count some calories!

Hi Nebita!

I'm sorry to hear that you broke your shoulder!! It must be really painful! I know all about injuries.. this past summer I fell and broke my tailbone (I already had back problems before that) and I've always had ankles that like to give out on me. They were thinking about doing surgery on my right ankle if it didn't smarten up and stop rolling over and spraining itself! I also had mono for almost a year, so I had no energy, but I was still hungry, so I ate, and as a result gained even more weight!

Are there any exercises you can do with your lower body that don't involve your shoulder? While I had mono there was a week when I thought I had more energy than normal, so I decided to try and exercise that week..well was that ever a bad idea! I made myself even more fatigued than I had ever been! So don't try to do anything that will make you even worse than you already are!

I did not know the Iranian New Year is on March 21st.. I knew it was in March, but I wasn't sure of the day. Is it like New Year's Day and it always lands on the same date, or is it like the Chinese calendar and it changes from year to year? I am really interested in the Middle East (it's one area of the world I would like to visit someday) and Middle Eastern culture (I study anthropology.. so it's natural that I LOVE culture!). I especially like trying Middle Eastern cuisine!

Wow...your back!!!  I have missed you. *******hugs*******

I am so sorry to hear about your skiing accident. I can't image the pain.  I hope you continue to heal everyday.

You are a strong person.  That weight will come off quickly I am sure.
