Entry Really doing it this time.

My First Goal:

Lose 10 pounds by December 10, 2009.

My Plan:

- Go to Curves twice a week for two weeks, then three times after that.

- Eat 7 servings of vegetables and fruits (but mostly veggies) a day.

- Drink buckets of water.

- Stop buying fast food.

- Start drinking Tim Horton's with milk, not cream and sugar.
