Entry Insanity Workout

Today, hopefully after work I am finally going to begin the insanity workout. Apparently its;a new workout from beach body and it lasts for 60 days. I'm going to be starting it tonight after work. Also I am going to be dieting as the book tells me too and taking a 30 minute walk before lunch, and an hour jog in the morning before work or after work depending on my schedule I was wondering if anyone else had the same DVD and wanted to do weekly weigh in's or even if you aren't using that workout just someone to keep track with would be great! I was thinking we weigh in once a week in the middle of the week, so that way we stay motivated through the weekend.  Everyone's invited!

Hey ya, i have been trying to get back on the fitness track for a while. I have been going running most days and trying to cut back on the rubbish foods. Itill be good to see the difference every week and help eachother with tips. I only want to lose a few pounds, its more a fitness thing and toning up again for me. I have just started a new job which is very physical so thats a start. I am going on holiday next week but i will let you know my weight before i go. Dread to think what it is when i come back. You know what holidays are like!!!! good luck and ill be in touch!! :)

Sounds good Ima start it Saturday. So right now I weight 133, and again Im just not happy with not ring toned. So I'm gunna start my insanity workout :)
