			<description>&lt;p&gt;We went out to my favourite Indian restaurant for lunch. &amp;nbsp;They have a 100% vegetarian buffet -- used to serve meat too but they have done away with that and lowered their prices. &amp;nbsp;Wasn't sure how to post it all up so I just searched recipes for Indian Food and found some similar stuff.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My calories were higher this month and I only lost 4 pounds. &amp;nbsp;I'm pretty happy with the fat vs. protein. &amp;nbsp;I like to keep the percentages there about the same, with more protein if anything. &amp;nbsp;Sodium could be lower, but with all that eating out! &amp;nbsp;Fibre is good. &amp;nbsp;Average grade was an A- :) &amp;nbsp;I hope I can get the protein and fat up to 20% over the next month, and keep calories about the same.&lt;/p&gt;

Lawrence books? &amp;nbsp;What's up with that?? &amp;nbsp;And only the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe?? Bah! &amp;nbsp;And no E. M. Forster? &amp;nbsp;Ok, I'm done.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>A major fall from grace</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I ate a huge amount of cashews last night (the raw ones) and also lots of homemade granola! &amp;nbsp;I posted it up this a.m. and it was about 2,000 calories in addition to the 1,500 I'd already had, so wow, now I can definitely see how I got to the place I'm at. &amp;nbsp;Certain foods can add lots of calories and that means lots of extra fat.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sooo, I'm not sure what's up for today. &amp;nbsp;Lots of water for certain, and I've done a good 50 minutes on the treadmill. &amp;nbsp;I'm not hungry and I don't want to say I'm going to forego food today... will just see how it progresses. &amp;nbsp;Tomorrow is my weigh in day and I'm certain to see no drop, and most possibly a gain. &amp;nbsp;eh! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But it's a new month now and I did lose 7 lbs in January. &amp;nbsp;The plan is to lose another 6 in February. &amp;nbsp;I've signed up for the February Exercise challenge, going for 1750 this month, which will require even more dedication because it's only 28 days. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On Superbowl Sunday: &amp;nbsp;I'm amazed on how much this day has turned into a day of eating. &amp;nbsp;It's all about what's being served now, stuff like wings, chili, ya know? &amp;nbsp;Kind of weird. &amp;nbsp;I don't really have anything against football, but these days I don't know anyone who likes it much so I'm not into it. &amp;nbsp;I've always thought the Steelers were a great team though... &amp;nbsp;So go Steelers :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/figurethefat/264195.html</comments>

			<title>Friday Weigh In</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Down a huge 2.5 lbs since last week so I'm absolutely rapt about that :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here's what happened: &amp;nbsp;I didn't lose much the first 3 weeks, according to the scale, but I could feel my skin tightening up and was even starting to see some definition in my stomach. &amp;nbsp; So finally the scale reflects a good number. &amp;nbsp;But I'm not letting up, I'm so on to my goal of 120 by St. Patrick's day. &amp;nbsp;Not expecting to see much of a drop between now and Monday, or the following Friday. &amp;nbsp;eh! &amp;nbsp;That's the way it is but as long as I go down at least 1/2 lb I'll be happy. &amp;nbsp;The week after will be a different story though. &amp;nbsp;So looking out 2 weeks I'm hoping to be down to 126.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh and I've logged my food and exercise for 4 weeks in a row now. &amp;nbsp;Here's the stats from the analysis:&lt;/p&gt;
