I'm getting a massage tonight because I am a freak and am freaking out. My back is killing me and the woman has the best hands I've ever experienced ahaha. Seriously I always feel 100 x better after. Too bad they're so damn expensive or I'd get them weekly. ha I'm already feeling better just thinking about it. Plus writing down my crazy thoughts also helps a lot. I feel better reading over my issues and then I always realize that I'm freaking out over trivial things. I like my life and I need to be less competitive about stupid things. I'll find my way.

I also need to work out more. I find when I do I'm much easier to live with. I freak out less and am generally happier. I've been so lazy lately and as a result have pent up energy that makes me act all crazy ha :)

I am just like you: whenever I workout I get such a huge boost and it makes me feel so good about myself, both inside and out. Nothing compares to that feeling.

Enjoy your massage, buddy. It's well deserved~Wink

your massage reminds me of this article I read in Bicycling magazine.  I'm sure it's not really the same thing as a massage, but for aerobic workouts it really relates.

http://bicycling.com/article/0,6610,s1-3-12-21050-1,00.html

It talks about how kids stop exercising and start taking Ritalin.  This kid had ADHD, didn't like the side effects so he starting riding every day and weened himself off it.  If you have time, it's a real eye opener.  Amazing why they don't promote more exercise in school, when research shows it will solve alot of problems.
