Well I'm back. Its time I got back on my diet and try this again. Last time I was on here I lost 78lbs but then I got to where I felt like I was starving all the time. My passion for food won out. But I've gotten a new job where I walk for most of the 12 hours I'm there. So that should help in itself. So maybe coupled with my diet again it will be good. I've had to cancel my gym membership when we moved to have extra money but maybe with this job I will still get where I want to be.
Being able to burn some calories during work will hopefully offset not being able to go to the gym - lucky you get to move around - I'm stuck at a desk all day :( Welcome back and I hope to see you sticking around for a while!!! |
