I looked in the mirror yesterday and thought omg I look like crap! My jeans were baggy and my shirt was too long and hanging. I looked like some woman on "What not to Wear!" I need to find some clothes that fit. cheap.
Its good they are baggy, cuz it means I am losing or firming up, but geesh.
ahahha I noticed some of my shirts are like that, they are still 18-20 size but i'm not buying any new ones for a bit. The pants I have on right now (I had 2 pairs the same and threw one out already) without this belt they would litterally slip off as I walked around. I love them too much to let them go just yet. When I keep tighening the belt and the fabric starts to bunch up all around - then it will be time. Soon I think I will start going into clothing stores and trying things on, but not buying just yet. Probably after christmas i'll hit up some stores and goodwill - cause lets face it, i don't work, and I spend my days at home or the gym (same 3 gym outfits) I don't need to be in high fashion :D |
I have been ditching my jeans as soon as I fit into a smaller pair, and I mean fitting, not just squeezing my butt in. I majored in fashion in college, so I am super conscious of how things fit, not matter what the size. My motto has always been:just because you can get it on, doesn't mean it fits. I am too old for muffin top....lol |
You too are cracking me up. Just when I am having a crappy day, there is laughter! Thanks and I hear ya on wearing what fits, not just because you can pour yourself into it. i am liking my clothes getting smaller and my jeans getter looser and I can't wait to get into my size 18 jeans. Then, the next hurdle will be for them to be too big. God I can't remember the last time I wore a size 16....lol |
I think I wore a size 16 in high school. Wore a 10 in college. got to a 28 by age 40 |
