new rule: log every day.

Log food, log movement and log feelings.

Today I ate just over 1500 and will have burned about 2200 by the end of the day. 700 deficit.

Today was a good day. Got some stuff done (though never enough). Didn't get to gym but have to tomorrow.

Now home and to bed. Stop working and think about something else. Can't wait till OH is back (am I putting too much on him?). I miss him.
